The next bridges are an excellent opportunity to visit the island of Ponza, which is about an hour away from the Circeo port.\u00a0The island, which is part of the Pontine Archipelago together with Ventotene and other uninhabited islands including Zannone, which is part of the Circeo Park, and Palmarola, shows its best in spring: crystal clear waters, warm colors, dazzling sun , mild and pleasant temperatures.<\/p>\n

There are many areas on the island that are worth a visit: for example the\u00a0Chiaia di Luna<\/strong>beach\u00a0, protected from the winds by a high wall of white tuff, accessible by sea or through a Roman tunnel, or the beach of\u00a0Frontone<\/strong>\u00a0, reachable by sea from the port with a taxi-boat or with one of the boats that go around the island also offering a tasty break based on wine and pasta with seafood;\u00a0the beach of Lucia Rosa easily reachable by various taxis that leave from the\u00a0Natural Pools<\/strong>\u00a0;\u00a0and then again \u00a0\u00a0Cala Fonte<\/strong>\u00a0, the beach of the Ferns and the Caves of Pilate, a complex of Roman caves at sea level used in antiquity for the breeding of morays ..<\/p>\n
