Here are three things you really should know about Italian food.<\/p>\n<p>1) Meatball Pasta has nothing to do with Italian recipes. Italians do not cook pasta with <em>&#8220;meatballs&#8221;<\/em> , although many Italo-Americans do. I know you are looking for a real Italian restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>2) Pizza is not the same everywhere. In Rome pizza is thin and crunchy, while in Naples is soft and thick. We have <em>pizza tonda<\/em>\u00a0(rounded),\u00a0<em>cut<\/em>\u00a0(cut from a big square pizza),\u00a0<em>by the meter<\/em> (long and narrow) and so on. Choose your favorite and remember: the best pizza has buffalo mozzarella on the top and therefore is quite expensive.<\/p>\n<p>3) Cappuccino is for breakfast.\u00a0Of course you can have it in the evening or at night, but please do not ask for it.\u00a0It&#8217;s almost a profanation to us.<\/p>\n<p>So, what about a nice cup of espresso and ice cream instead?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-182\" class=\" wp-image\" src=\"https:\/\/hotelmagacirce.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/04\/10262161_696899503687270_9069457908338703316_n.jpg?w=324&amp;h=204\" alt=\"expresso and icecream\" width=\"324\" height=\"204\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ok, so you have packed up this first time to Italy.
