When, in 1952, the hotel was chosen by\u00a0Titanus<\/strong><\/i>\u00a0to host actors and technicians involved in the filming of\u00a0“Neapolitan Turkish”<\/strong><\/i>\u00a0,<\/i>\u00a0Gino and his daughter Milena, at the head of the kitchen, felt a new request coming: preparing a\u00a0cocktail shrimp in a pink sauce<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0This dish was completely unknown to Circeo.<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/p>\n

The author of the request was the great\u00a0Tot\u00f2<\/strong>\u00a0, who was certainly not the person to lose heart: in front of the waiters’ embarrassment he got up from the table and went into the kitchen and gave the directions necessary to prepare the mysterious and very personal sauce that would garnish the prawns and the cappuccia salad cut into julienne strips.<\/p>\n

Since then, the shrimp cocktail at Maga Circe has always been prepared in the same way, as required by the taste of\u00a0Principe De Curtis<\/strong>\u00a0in art Tot\u00f2.<\/p>\n
